Nothing. Our service is completely free for customers. There are no fees, no commissions, and no hidden costs. You simply receive quotes from suppliers and choose the one that works for you.
How do I get a quote?
Use our AI assistant on the home page. Just describe what you need in plain language and it will guide you through the process. Alternatively, you can use the quick form to submit your request manually.
How quickly will I receive quotes?
Most suppliers respond within 24 hours. For urgent jobs, mention your deadline and suppliers will prioritise accordingly.
Am I obligated to accept any quotes?
No. You are free to compare all quotes you receive and choose the best one for your needs. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed with any supplier.
What types of printing do you cover?

If we do not have a supplier in your exact area, we will match you with the closest available supplier or one that can courier to your location.
How does the AI assistant work?
Our AI assistant, Ink, uses artificial intelligence to understand your print requirements through natural conversation. It asks relevant questions about your project, suggests common specifications, and structures a professional brief that gets sent to suppliers. The AI may occasionally make errors, so you are always asked to review and confirm the summary before it is sent.
Can I use this service for large or commercial print jobs?
Yes. Our suppliers handle everything from small personal orders to large commercial runs. Include your quantity and specifications in the request and suppliers will quote accordingly.
What if I need multiple different products?
No problem. You can request multiple products in a single conversation. Our system will match you with suppliers who cover as many of your products as possible, and may send your request to multiple specialists to ensure every product is covered.
